Staff Product Manager - Email AI

Role Overview:

• Lead the vision and execution of HighLevel's Email AI platform, transforming lifecycle marketing for businesses worldwide.
• Define a multi-year roadmap for generative, autonomous, and predictive capabilities natively built into the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build generative content and layout AI, enabling prompt-to-email creation and multi-language localization.
• Deploy Sequence AI to automate multi-step journeys like lead nurture, cart recovery, and re-engagement.
• Establish AI governance and quality safeguards for brand voice, content quality, and privacy compliance.

What Success Looks Like:

• Deliver an 18-month strategic roadmap and align cross-functional teams on key priorities.
• Launch Email AI and Sequence AI into general availability with widespread adoption.
• Drastically reduce campaign creation time for non-technical users through natural language prompts.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS with a focus on AI/ML products.
• Deep understanding of marketing automation, email lifecycle, and generative AI applications.
• Data-fluent mindset with experience in instrumentation, user research, and outcome-focused PRDs.
