About the Role:
- We are looking for a Physical Therapist to deliver virtual musculoskeletal evaluation, triage, and care planning.
- This role reports to the VP of Care Delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct virtual musculoskeletal triage and follow-up visits.
- Develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with Care Coordinators and medical partners.
Must-Haves:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted physical therapy license.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
