- Consider the strategic use of outsourcing for straight through processing functions.
Management:
- Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams across the Finance Operations functions.
- Build collaborative relationships with leaders in Finance and throughout the organization.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and operational excellence across all Finance Operations disciplines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, 3+ years in Finance, 5+ years in Leadership
- Ability to manage complex operations, improving efficiency, and driving insights
