Head of Business Operations (remote)

Our continued growth means we are recruiting an experienced Head of Business Operations who will lead the function as we evolve and ensure it is structured and efficiently operating to continue scaling the Firm at pace. While this position has considerable leadership and people management responsibilities, the person selected will also be expected to roll up their sleeves and work alongside their team to build the business operations infrastructure and workflows necessary for the Firm. Responsible for providing strategic leadership for procurement, risk, and data teams, along with the overarching function of Business Operations. Define and then operationalize company strategy and goals. Work very closely with senior leadership and particularly in partnership with Finance and People teams to ensure that all operations are running smoothly.
