Data Analyst

Mitek is seeking a Data Analyst to become a core part of their shift toward data centricity, joining the Global Customer Success team. This role involves converting complex product, fraud, and customer signals into understandable insights for informed decision-making, both internally and for customers. Responsibilities include developing Tableau dashboards, customer reports, and automated alerts to track fraud patterns, identity verification, and areas for optimization.

The Data Analyst will play a hands-on role in developing the data foundation for unification, digitization, and standardized reporting across Mitek. Collaborating with leaders in Success, Support, Product, Sales, and Engineering departments, the person will influence key decisions and construct scalable business views. The role requires around 2 years of experience in a data analytics role, and experience building dashboards in Tableau or related software.
