About the Role:
- We're looking for a Brand Reputation Manager with strong attention to detail and experience in user feedback management.
- You'll monitor and enhance our product's public image on app stores and review platforms.
- You'll work closely with support, ASO, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and positive user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze user feedback across platforms like App Store, Google Play, and Trustpilot.
- Collaborate with customer support to ensure prompt and effective responses to public reviews.
- Monitor reputation metrics and produce regular reports on trends, sentiment, and potential risks.
