Role:
- You'll map, launch, and run Boulevard's owned customer community platforms, including moderation and engagement.
- You'll own brand reputation on G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot and route customer feedback to the right teams.
- You'll partner on influencer programs and track engagement, sentiment, and retention.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years in strategy-heavy community roles, building community strategy from ambiguous starting points.
- Experience with review-site reputation, moderation workflows, and cross-team collaboration.
- Strong written communication, customer empathy, and credibility in beauty, wellness, salon, or spa.
