About the Role:
- Moderators are the heart of Reddit's ecosystem.
- This role defines how we evolve moderation into proactive, intelligent systems.
What You'll Do:
- Lead zero-to-one development of LLM-powered moderation experiences.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Safety, and senior leaders.
Must Haves:
- Staff-level PM experience with measurable user impact.
- Experience building AI/ML products and defining model tradeoffs.
