Contract Mid level Producer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development process, ensuring games are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and milestones.
• Create an organizational structure and processes that allow the team to produce high-quality work efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Game Producer with successful game launches.
• Strong understanding of game development processes, including game design, art, programming, and QA.

Additional Skills:

• Excellent project management skills, including experience with Jira, Confluence, and the Google Suite.
• Strong experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
