PD Facilitation & Training:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CommonLit’s digital literacy program.
- Create and lead trainings for Professional Development facilitators across teams.
- Observe live PD sessions and provide feedback.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Strategic Contribution:
- Collaborate with Sales and District Success teams to understand the needs of schools and districts.
- Contribute to the ideation of new products and learning experiences.
- Contribute to the knowledge management, systems, and operations of the Professional Development team.
