FP&A Analyst

The Bloomerang Finance team serves as a strategic, cross-functional business partner. Broadly, they are responsible for empowering business leaders to make informed financial decisions through data analysis, strategic guidance, and forecasting. Specifically, this FP&A Analyst role fits into their operations as the lead administrator and dedicated resource for ensuring accurate variable cost management. By administering the commission platform (CaptivateIQ) and facilitating timely, precise calculations, you provide the critical data foundation that the team relies on for Sales planning, forecasting variable expense, and accurately compensating variable compensation teams. Your diligent work on expense reconciliations further ensures accuracy and provides granular visibility into operational spending.

The ideal candidate for this role has a “figure it out” mentality and views complex data sets as puzzles to solve.
