Data Analyst Latin America

As a Data Analyst at Bitso, you'll write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate data from our warehouse, assisting in the setup and basic monitoring of A/B tests and product rollouts. You will build and maintain operational dashboards in Looker/Excel/Google Sheets and define, document, and track a set of basic KPIs for key business areas. This role involves conducting initial data exploration to surface trends, anomalies, and potential opportunities, answering ad‑hoc, well‑scoped business questions using available data. You'll prepare simple experiment reports and summarize pre‑collected survey responses to create clear, concise summaries of survey findings for stakeholders. Team collaboration is key, and you will communicate results and recommendations clearly to your immediate team and squad, delivering on assigned projects with clear guidance, focusing on defined deliverables and timelines.
