Head of Clinical Integration and Quality

The Head of Clinical Integration & Quality is the engine behind clinical quality at scale. You’ll lead the development and execution of knownwell’s clinical quality infrastructure—defining clinician competency standards, evaluation frameworks, and training programs that ensure every clinician is equipped to deliver gold-standard metabolic and primary care. You’ll drive cross-site standardization, develop and evolve SOPs, lead internal audits, and ensure ongoing clinical outcome achievement. You’ll also help lay the groundwork for external audit preparedness and future clinical accreditation efforts, positioning knownwell to meet the highest externally recognized standards of care delivery. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role.
