Support the team’s efforts in building both statistical and predictive models that help us identify trends and better operate our business. Design, develop, and deploy predictive models to enhance decision-making and improve healthcare outcomes. Conduct in-depth statistical analyses to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

This strategic leadership role will be responsible for shaping the strategy and planning for the organization. Your focus will be to drive market development (de novo and inorganic) strategy and project management and establish quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure short, medium and long-term goals are met. This position will also serve as an internal consultant, leading strategic cross-functional projects.

This tactical project management role will be responsible for owning new market launches and practice integrations. Your focus will be to develop detailed project plans and provide cross-functional management to ensure successful execution of de novo launches and M&A/acqui-hire integrations. This position will primarily collaborate with our Practice Operations, Clinical Operations, Real Estate/Development, and Growth teams.

This role requires a strategic thinker with healthcare experience, fluency in both B2C and B2B product management skill sets, comfort navigating ambiguity, and the ability to prioritize team success over individual success. You will participate in strategic conversations regarding high-level feature roadmaps and partner with internal stakeholder teams. You will also own and prioritize the engineering roadmap.
