Own P&L and KPIs for all clinics, including visit volume, clinician productivity, NPS, EBITDA, and unit economics. Develop and socialize a standardized operating model, SOPs, and dashboards to ensure consistent performance across markets. Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms that drive accountability and continuous improvement. Partner with Real Estate, Finance, and Clinical teams to select sites, negotiate leases, manage build‑outs, and launch new practices on time and on budget. Lead integration of acquisitions or de novo sites, ensuring rapid adoption of knownwell playbooks, culture, and systems. Build scalable processes for state licensing, payer enrollment, and supply‑chain readiness. Champion Lean / Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste in patient intake, room turnover, care coordination, and revenue cycle hand‑offs. Collaborate with Product & Engineering to enhance workflows in athena and internal tools; influence our digital road‑map based on frontline feedback. Deploy capacity planning and workforce management models that align staffing with patient demand in both in‑person and virtual channels. Build, coach, and inspire a high‑performing field organization of Regional VPs, Directors, Practice Managers, and frontline staff. Serve as a dedicated mentor, coaching emerging leaders and frontline managers to reach their full potential. Design clear career paths, performance metrics, and incentive structures that reward quality, efficiency, and patient‑centric care. Foster a culture of inclusivity, ownership, and data‑driven decision making. Serve as the connective tissue between Clinical, Central Operations, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Product, Marketing, and People teams. Translate company OKRs into clinic‑level execution plans and ensure cross‑functional alignment. Ensure practices adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, NCQA, Joint Commission). Maintain robust policies for safety, infection control, and incident reporting; oversee internal audit cadence and remediation plans.
