Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to build a strong candidate pipeline. Collaboration: Partner with SVP, Clinical Operationsand other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and create effective recruitment strategies. Provide exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication, offering timely feedback, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Implement and adhere to structured recruitment processes and best practices.
