Director of Distributed Energy Resources

This role involves collaboration on the growth and management of programs that incentivize the adoption of demand management, storage, and solar adoption. As a member of the DERs leadership team, you will develop and execute long-term strategies that position the company as an industry leader, aligning with organizational goals and operational constraints. You will collaborate with department leaders to execute a strategic growth plan, coordinate with strategy and policy teams, and represent Energy Solutions as a thought leader. The position requires maintaining client relationships, ensuring service excellence, providing program oversight, staying aware of industry trends, and demonstrating project management and leadership skills. The role also involves facilitating collaboration across teams, leading a team, managing workload and budgets, and ensuring effective communication with staff.
