Your Role:

  • You will own and build core backend systems that power our highly scalable messaging infrastructure.
  • You will design, ship, and maintain backend services capable of handling billions of messages per month.
  • You will drive meaningful technical impact in a fast-growing, early-stage startup environment.

Who You Are:

  • You are an A-tier engineer with 6+ years of software engineering experience in early-stage startups.
  • You have strong backend engineering expertise, ideally with Node.js and TypeScript, and experience with scalable production systems and AWS.
  • You possess high ownership, low ego, and a bias toward shipping, with the ability to build from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
