Senior Software Engineer

Position Overview:

• Design, build, and operate core backend systems.
• Work across the entire stack when needed.
• Influence technical direction and improve engineering practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality backend services.
• Help own services in production, including deployment and monitoring.
• Partner with engineers to identify and resolve production issues.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on backend systems.
• Proven ability to deliver reliable software in production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
