AECOM is hiring a Structural Engineering Lead for their Highway Engineering Team in Burnaby, BC.
Responsibilities include leading structural engineering practice in BC for highway engineering projects. This involves delivering high quality and cost-effective structural evaluation and design solutions for highway projects. This individual will develop and manage the BC highway structural engineering team including engineers, inspectors, technicians, and structural CAD specialists.
Additional responsibilities include supervising licensed and non-licensed professionals, providing structural assessments, managing projects from planning through construction, building client relationships, and delivering structural design deliverables. The role also involves maintaining the quality management system, providing advice and leadership, managing resources, leading proposal development, and ensuring compliance with construction contract documents.
