What You'll Do:

  • Own the CRM vision and roadmap end-to-end: Translate strategy into a sequenced plan with clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Advise on data model evolution: Drive improvements to supporter, household, donation, and communication modeling.
  • Sharpen segmentation and Lists: Enable powerful filtering and data-informed segmentation for nonprofits.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years in product management, building B2B SaaS, with experience owning outcomes under ambiguity.
  • You think in data models and are comfortable with schema, migrations, and architectural tradeoffs.
  • You have experience with mass communication tools and building data-heavy B2B SaaS products.

Nice To Have:

  • Nonprofit or fundraising domain knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and a point of view on human–AI interaction.
  • Familiarity with segmentation or query tools and self-directed continuous learning.
