Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team, developing performance testing frameworks and utilities to ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks.
  • Conduct system performance analysis and provide optimization recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Manager or Technical Lead role.
  • Experience with performance automation tools such as Locust, Jmeter, K6.
  • Programming skills in Python, Golang or Java.

  • Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Background in managing large-scale distributed systems and an understanding of network protocols and security.
  • Experience building scalable, resilient, and observable distributed systems.
