Leadership & Team Management:
- Own the Capability OBP operating model, including role definition, standards, and performance expectations.
- Provide coaching and development to ensure the team delivers consistent, high-impact support to Digital Business Unit leaders.
- Serve as the initial point of escalation for operational and financial issues within the team and business units.
Financial Planning & Insight:
- Align the Digital financial plans with enterprise targets and strategic priorities through rigorous monthly business reviews and forecasting.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans and performance actions to support the growing organization.
- Collaborate with Digital Industry and Regional business partners to ensure alignment across all financial and operational activities.
Operational Excellence & Collaboration:
- Partner with Digital Operations, Global Operations COE, and Enterprise Data/IT to define the source of truth for financial data and drive adoption of reporting tools.
- Lead select enterprise initiatives that enhance planning, reporting, and performance management processes for greater scalability and efficiency.
- Maintain a continuous-improvement mindset to drive change and implement best practices for automation across financial operations.
