Role Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, taking ideas from early concept to final implementation.
- Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation that matches design intent.
- Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience designing thoughtful, intuitive web applications.
- Proven track record of shipping complex B2B or SaaS products.
- Strong skills in systems thinking, usability, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
Work Environment:
- Operate in a fully remote environment within the USA.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and the founding team.
- Contribute to shaping the product and overall design culture as the company scales.
