DevOps Engineering Lead

This role focuses on leading DevOps engineering, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and growing a team to enhance development velocity while maintaining quality and security. Key responsibilities include owning internal platforms critical to the ability to develop, test, deploy, and monitor code. This includes designing and implementing IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and automation. You will also develop and enforce best practices for observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response to minimize MTTR, along with architecting scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS). This role leads technical design discussions, identifies performance bottlenecks, and addresses system vulnerabilities.
