This role involves building scalable processes and systems, optimizing ad placements, and maximizing direct-sold and programmatic ad revenue through data analysis and operational excellence. The Director will manage day-to-day operations, build a best-in-class Ad Operations team, establish OKRs, manage customer interactions, partner with Product and Engineering teams, oversee ad quality control, and develop reporting and analytics infrastructure. This role requires 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, deep expertise in Google Ad Manager, and excellent project management.
