Assist the Commerce and Affiliate Marketing team by creating well-researched articles about products for all of BDG’s sites. Identify the best affiliate products, add affiliate product links, and coordinate with editors and writers. Reference analytics to monitor performance, research popular products and new trends, and assist in testing optimal affiliate strategies across social media platforms.

This is a mission-critical role for a seasoned leader passionate about delivering high revenue growth, developing new operations procedures and building a high-performing ad operations team. The Director of Ad Operations will work closely with cross-functional leadership to align operations efforts with strategic business priorities and drive measurable impact across advertising sales initiatives.
