Patent Paralegal

We are seeking patent paralegals to join our bench of fully vetted candidates working temporary secondments for our top F100 clients on a remote basis. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and electronically filing U.S. patent applications, responses, and other documents with the USPTO. Assemble and manage complete submission packages for filing, including formal drawings, assignments, declarations, and information disclosure statements (IDS). Work closely with patent attorneys, agents, and inventors to track deadlines, maintain dockets, and ensure timely responses to USPTO communications. Maintain accurate records within internal IP portfolio management platforms (e.g., Anaqua, CPI, or similar systems). Collaborate with international counsel on foreign filings, extensions, and patent family management. Ensure all filings meet USPTO formalities and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to streamline patent prosecution workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
