Senior Product Designer 2- (US Remote)

The Senior Product Designer 2 role has responsibilities throughout the software delivery lifecycle: driving understanding of challenges, conducting stakeholder interviews, auditing existing designs, running user research, synthesizing findings into insights, refining requirements, and creating UX artifacts. Core responsibility is to design high-quality, user-centered, and scalable solutions, drive creative vision, develop design concepts, create core design artifacts (UX diagrams, wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity screens), validate designs through research, and lead client-facing reviews. Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure design integrity, identify UI constraints, deliver scalable design files, support developers, partner with QA, and enable clients to maintain the design system. Act as a creative leader, partner with program management, and mentor junior designers.
