Job Description
Rio is looking for a hands-on Lead Developer to guide their fast-moving tech team and shape the future of their sustainability platform. You’ll own critical technical decisions, lead feature delivery across a modern stack, and help them scale as they build out the next generation of reporting, automation, and intelligence tools.
Responsibilities include lead engineering across our full-stack TypeScript platform (React, Node.js, GraphQL, MySQL, Redshift), mentor engineers and drive clean, scalable architecture, collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-impact features and dashboards, oversee ETL processes and integration with BI tools (like QuickSight), and help expand our AI capabilities for smarter data handling, insight surfacing, and automation.
