About the Role:
- Support and grow multiple research sites across Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
- Be an early Site Manager helping shape operational processes and workflows.
- Regular travel required throughout the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership and on-site support for site operations.
- Monitor study performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Ensure clinical and regulatory compliance across all sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of clinical research experience with recent hands-on site experience.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial operations.
