Job Description
Architect and scale systems that drive key growth levers such as onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization. Develop event-driven and modular architectures that enable rapid experimentation and deployment. Partner with Product, Design, AI, and Marketing teams to translate business hypotheses into robust, testable technical implementations. Lead the engineering vision for user lifecycle journeys powered by intelligent automation and personalized engagement.
Design and optimize global payment workflows, supporting subscriptions, usage-based billing, and marketplace models. Integrate and manage third-party payment solutions ensuring compliance and reliability.
Collaborate with AI teams to embed LLM-powered personalization and recommendation systems into user journeys. Build scalable interfaces between core systems and AI services to enhance onboarding, retention, and upsell experiences.
