Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and debug high-priority performance issues using AI-based monitoring tools and log analysis, while creating complex test scripts with Generative AI.
  • Collaborate with Support and Sales engineering to understand customer setups across industries and troubleshoot tech stack issues in web, Java, and mobile applications.

Technical Requirements:

  • 5+ years in performance test automation with proficiency in JMeter/K6, APM tools like Grafana, and strong knowledge of HTTP/REST APIs.
  • Programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar, plus experience with modern IDEs, Git, SQL databases, and virtualization software like Docker/Kubernetes.

Team and Process Involvement:

  • Work with Developers and Product Managers to clarify requirements and provide feedback on functionality and usability.
  • Document defects using tracking tools, stay updated on industry trends, and help junior engineers with technical growth and issue resolution.
