Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for repair, restoration, maintenance and roof replacement.
- Interface with architects, engineers, contractors, property management, and client project management.
- Maintain roofing knowledge to review data and establish best practices.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of commercial roofing, manufacturing, and warranty.
Other:
- Strong collaborating skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible regarding workload and assignments.
