Lead the strategic expansion of the Jobs 2030 reskilling initiative (www.jobs2030.ai) across the UK, attracting new member partners, and championing the initiative with senior government officials, industry bodies, and strategic stakeholders. In this role, you’ll take a hands-on approach to stakeholder and government engagement, partnership building, and high-level advocacy — working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Jobs 2030 is recognised as the UK’s leading banking workforce reskilling programme. This is a strategic, high-profile position for someone who excels at the intersection of public affairs, government relations, coalition building, and programme advocacy. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team with experience working at the highest levels of government, industry, and financial services innovation. Create a public affairs and stakeholder engagement plan to scale Jobs 2030’s presence nationally, aligned with parliamentary cycles and industry events, and major skills and employment policy milestones.
