Job Description
The Technical Writer will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of projects. The Technical writer will collaborate with talented software developers and technical staff who work collaboratively with clients.
Main responsibilities include working closely with the software development team to produce documentation, improving developer experience by testing tools, prioritizing documentation accuracy, defining standards and style guidelines, planning and developing information products, researching, writing, editing end-user manuals, creating screenshots, assisting in the design of templates, and managing multiple projects. Improve onboarding and education processes with documentation. Use wireframe tools such as Adobe XD or Balsamiq.
