Job Description
The National Account Manager (NAM) plays a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy within the life sciences consulting arena. This position involves both securing new clients and strategically expanding existing accounts, with a strong emphasis on establishing enduring partnerships with major pharmaceutical and biotech firms. As an integral part of our Commercial team, the NAM will collaborate extensively with technical subject matter experts and delivery teams to jointly develop impactful, science-driven solutions spanning Regulatory, CMC, Quality, and Clinical domains.
A solid technical foundation, ideally in Chemistry or a related life sciences field, is essential for effective engagement with scientific and operational stakeholders. Business insight and commercial agility are crucial for closing deals and boosting revenue. This role demands a consistent history of achieving and surpassing sales goals, a thorough understanding of the pharma and biotech sectors, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
