We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial full-stack developer to grow our engineering team. You will architect new frontend and backend features in our cyber training platform work on new LLM-powered features, from content creation to in-workflow 'nudges' define maintainable and readable standards in our codebase help manage our engineering kanban board work with the CEO and Sales team to translate customer feedback into features/product requirements. You have 5+ years building, ideally in high-ownership or early-stage environments a deep understanding of web frameworks and when to use specific technologies the ability to quickly design, architect, and build new features the desire to mentor junior talent and build a high-performing engineering culture attention to detail and the ability to do 'finished work' tireless work ethic and accountability
