Revenue Cycle Analyst

Analyze revenue cycle data from internal systems and payer portals to identify trends and performance gaps. Monitor claims, denials, reimbursements, and payer performance through daily/weekly reporting. Track KPIs such as days in A/R, denial rates, net collections, and reimbursement timelines. Perform root cause analysis on denials, rejections, and delayed payments, and recommend corrective actions. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support leadership decision-making. Partner with RCM staff to streamline workflows, improve clean-claim rates, and enhance overall efficiency. Provide ad hoc analysis, data requests, and technical support to revenue cycle leadership.
