Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you must be able to manage a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects at the same time. You must also be able to manage a Project Manager and/or an Associate Project Manager and/or team of Project Managers. Pharmaceutical advertising agency background required. You will collaborate with all agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans, forecast upcoming work and allocate resources. You will also work as liaison/communications hub between all Agency team members and agency partners who may touch an assigned account/project. You will manage effective, efficient workflow of all projects on assigned accounts; develop timelines and advises on estimates; manage projects to remain on time and budget; flags timing and budget concerns to course correct early on in process. You will take ownership of and enforces agency processes by providing meaningful feedback to all teams.
