Job Description

The Quality Management Assistant for the Procedures and Training team supports the Quality Management team in ensuring that PrimeVigilance’s controlled procedures and training activities are managed in compliance with global regulations, legislation and PrimeVigilance requirements. The role involves supporting the administration, tracking and management of PrimeVigilance Controlled Procedures, administrating internal training programmes, reviewing access requests to controlled systems, and developing Quality and Compliance reports. Key responsibilities include producing quality and compliance metrics per client project, supporting functional teams in providing reports and procedures, and potentially supporting the tracking of deviations and nonconformities. The Assistant may also contribute to improving the use of the Quality Management Control System and approving access to controlled systems. Training support is also part of the role.
