Senior Advanced AI Engineer

As a Senior Advanced AI Engineer, you will lead end-to-end architectures across retrieval (RAG), agents, and evaluation. You'll drive reliability, cost, and security and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable impact at scale. Experience balancing rapid experimentation with operational excellence in cloud environments is essential. You will design, develop, and maintain AI-powered and distributed systems. You'll also deploy, operate, and monitor AI/ML and GenAI models in production environments as well as contribute to system architecture decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. You will implement best practices for security, observability, and evaluation of AI systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions and optimize retrieval and inference pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy. Staying current with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance solution design is important in this role.
