Growth Marketer

Our team is seeking an experienced, analytical growth marketer to take ownership over our paid social program. In this role, you will lead channel strategy and execution to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth. Your initial focus will be on driving growth through Found’s paid social channels (e.g. Meta, Tiktok, and Reddit), but be prepared to support and drive acquisition efforts across other performance channels and strategic initiatives as Found scales. You will develop and execute full-funnel customer acquisition campaigns across paid media channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms. In addition you will own the end-to-end campaign process from brief development and stakeholder alignment to creative execution, launch, and reporting.
