We’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious and proactive and who is excited to dive in and immediately play a critical role impacting company-level strategic priorities.

As a member of the Risk Operations team, you will perform detailed analysis of high-risk transactions via real-time queues to identify prohibited activity across our product suite, flagging and making decisions on those accounts, and communicating with account holders. You will manage a team of Risk Operations agents responsible for handling customer disputes and reviewing accounts flagged for potential fraud or other suspicious behavior.
