Senior Design Manager, Teamwork Graph

As a Senior Design Manager on the Teamwork Platform team, you’ll lead the designers responsible for Teamwork Graph, while collaborating across the broader platform experiences that power Atlassian products at scale. The role involves partnering with Product and Engineering managers to shape the direction of Teamwork Graph and aligning priorities, while supporting the team in delivering high-quality, user-centered, technically grounded, and scalable design work from early framing through detailed execution. Responsibilities include guiding project planning, providing feedback on design direction, interaction patterns, and system-level thinking. You will Hire, coach, and grow a diverse team of product designers and Communicate the team’s work across audiences and help the team identify new opportunities using data and insights. The role also includes building strong cross-functional relationships, developing a deep understanding of Teamwork Graph technical systems and contributing to shared tools and documentation and design patterns.
