Job Description
The Director of Product, Advertising will drive the vision, roadmap, and performance of Rome2Rio's advertising and monetization products. They will build scalable ad solutions that serve both travellers and advertisers—from sponsored listings to display, targeting, and beyond. This role involves collaborating with Consumer Product and Engineering to ensure seamless, user-centric integration of advertising across the journey. The Director will partner with Sales and Commercial teams to align product initiatives with market demand and revenue growth, define success metrics, monitor performance, and use data to inform decision-making and continuous optimisation. Leading product development from strategy through execution, balancing short-term impact with long-term value, is essential, as is ensuring high standards of quality, usability, privacy, and compliance across all ad products. Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team culture and helping grow product craft within the organisation is also expected.
