Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will operate as a relationship manager and primary point of contact for the customer while leading the implementation of the Fluxx platform. You will execute projects according to a determined timeline, methodology, scope, and budget, track and report on progress, and manage risks. You'll facilitate discovery sessions with customers and turn the data gathered in these sessions into functional requirements and user stories. You'll also conduct demos and support customer training as needed for project work. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to skillfully push back on customer requests, and a willingness to develop tools and best practices for project management processes. Candidates should have 5+ years of professional project management experience, including managing SAAS software projects.
