Job Description

Execute strategy: Translate strategic direction (set by Head of T&S) into detailed projects, processes, and timelines. Systemise fraud prevention: Build scalable workflows for scam/fake detection, user verification, and abuse handling. Automation & tooling: Evaluate and implement tools/automation (in-house or third-party) for fraud signals, account reviews, and reporting dashboards. Cross-team coordination: Work closely with engineering, product, CS, and compliance teams to embed safety processes without blocking growth. Metrics tracking & reporting: Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report progress to leadership. Knowledge transfer: Act as internal subject-matter mentor to raise overall T&S maturity across the company.
