Responsibilities:
- Analyze benefit plan documents to accurately build benefit categories.
- Support cross-functional teams during implementations/renewals.
- Perform root causes analysis of adjudication logic and benefit defects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years configuring accumulators and benefit plans.
- 5+ years of experience as a claims examiner or coder.
- Knowledge of self-funded, level-funded plan designs.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with claims processing software.
- Working knowledge of EDI formats and coding systems.
- Experience in rapidly-growing start-up business environments.
