Develop, write, and refine high-quality content tailored to the Energy Management domain. Create content that supports a B2C customer journey, ensuring clarity, relevance, and emotional engagement. Act as a content educator and consultant—guiding users, simplifying complex ideas, and shaping messages that build trust. Inspire and collaborate with internal teams, providing direction on tone, storytelling, and consumer-centric communication. Rewrite or elevate existing content to improve clarity, emotional depth, and user impact. Work closely with Europe-based UX Designers, ensuring smooth collaboration across time zones. Contribute ideas to improve content strategy, messaging frameworks, and user experience.
